This is a scene I have painted a number of times.  It is near my friend's cabin and near one of my fly fishing streams.  I have painted it in various seasons.

This watercolor resulted from participation in the paint-out at Mineral Point, Wisconsin last week.  It is not one of the plein air paintings I did there but was done upon my return home.  The peaceful and beautiful scenery of southwest Wisconsin is fantastic.
